A question for you girls....At what age did you start using stuff in your childrens hair?

Kayla's hair is half curly and half straight but kinda floppy too, she is only 4 1/2 months old but as all off you saw in my introduction she has soo much hair i can do so much with it...i dont think i will use anything for now, but i was just wondering when you ladies started useing stuff in your childrens hair

I wouldn't suggest using anything in her hair now. IMO she is too young. Lexi was around 1 when I started using a gel type product on her hair...it was made for kids but has since been discontinued. Lexi was born with a head full of hair that was straight up until about 4-5 months. But, yeah, just wait a while.....their hair type can change so much & you really don't want to mess with it.

sierra was about 1 1/2 and serena was about 18months. yeah, their hair texture changed alot. but it's way to early imo to start putting products in her hair. good luck.

lets see....DD was maybe almost 2 before I used anything other than water on her hair...I am anti product on young babies....I say brush it and wash it and leave it alone, I think Johnson & Johnson has a baby hair lotion though, not sure......
