My daughter has thick hair with a slight wave to it.. You can see more curl when it's wet.. Her hair color is dark brown with red highlights.. It looks black indoors, but when you see it in the sun, it's dark brown..

My son's hair is still his newborn hair and it has a slight curl to it. This can change as he gets older.. He has brown hair with light brown highlights..

My boyfriends son who lives with us has thick curly hair, but we keep it cut short just because it is easier to deal with. We are planning to start trying to conceive our first baby together and I am hoping for a girl, but as a white girl with no experience with interracial hair, I am kind of nervous already....but I know I have a while to research how to care for it... LOL....I worry about the craziest things. I just dont want my child running around with its hair all dry and frizzy and looking like an orphan. LOL

surprisingly, Jack's is mostly straight, though it definitely has a nap to it sometimes (if it is matted). I thought it would be curly or wavy by now, but it isn't really.

My son was born with blonde hair, and in all his newborn pictures (at 1 month) it almost looked red! I was really surprised he didn't get his dads hair which is jet black...but it does stick out in all directions the same

DH and I are expecting our daughter to have thick black hair like her daddy! I have extremely thin, naturally blonde hair!
