I used to do a lot of cooking,then I went to Europe and moved around a lot and would sometimes cook for the families I was an au pair for. I loved it! I'm not a great cook and I don't cook any type of meat,chicken or fish. When I came back to Canada I didn't go back to BC where I'm from and had to start my "kitchen" all over again and it took a long time to get all the stuff I needed for it,even the basics and I still need a few things.
I sorta got back into it then stopped and am now sorta back into cooking again since becoming pregnant. I really want to eat much better for the baby so have tried a couple new things. I took a tofu cooking class at the place I visit my nutritionist and really enjoyed the class and learned some new things that were cheap and super simple! In late July I'll take the next cooking class and learn to cook "cereal" like cous cous etc...
