We do this in one of my kids PR.. It's fun.

Can we talk about different issues that we've had with racism or how he teach our children about it?

I like Missmich idea.
Also issues about adapting to each other's cultural believes, norms and way of living. I guess discuss how to avoid to become selfish in raising your child in only identifying with your cultural background, while you still have your partners culture/country they have to identify with.

Also how and when to introduce another language. Some of the problems that can come up for kids who are bilingual.
