I totally agree, it is so interesting to see what people used and didn't.

My girls slept with me for the first month or two and then they went to their rooms so we definitely used the crib and the changing table. And we loved the moby wrap and ergo baby carrier.

We never used the pack n play but thankfully that was given to us at a baby shower. My girls never liked the bumbo seat either.

Oh my I LOVED my wipe warmer for my two winter babies!!!! So perfect in the middle of the night!

My boys hated the Bumbo.

SO funny, the bumbo was like my favorite baby gear. I never bought a changing table, but that would have been a waste. The bassinet I bought rarely got used, she usually ended up in bed with us until she started sleeping in her crib every night. I didnt really use the pack and play, but that was passed down to me.

All of our carriers with DD were a waste. She would overheat in every one! We have a mai tai, ring sling and ergo. I'm hoping this baby will love them!

I regretted the Moby Wrap. I couldn't use it, so it's nothing against the wrap itself, I'm just tiny so it didn't work for me. My sister was able to use it fine I think. I also regret the baby bathtub. I didn't use it that much and think if I didn't have it at all I wouldn't have missed it.

This time around I will definitely buy a wipe warmer. I regret not getting one with DD.

We had no intention of co-sleeping that's for sure. I was just so tired that I gave up.

I didn't buy these myself, but our swings were also a total bust. Nova hated them! We had one that she had to lay in and she loathed it from the beginning, and later on my grandma brought over one where she could sit up, but she hated actually swinging in it. We kept that one in the kitchen and just let her sit in it while we cooked and stuff.

It is funny how some must haves are total wastes for others, and vice versa

The jumper you hang in the door. DS hated it. It was boring for him.

Mason would only sleep in his swing for about 6 months lol and he hardly used his crib. he may have for about 3 or 4 months total but soon DH and I had different work schedules so he slept in bed with us (and still does). we pretty much used everything but the **** diaper genie!

I forgot the baby bathtub! Used that once! My first was high needs and freaked out! I had to bathe with her and nurse her the whole time. I never tried with the others.

I regret buyin a cheap baby carrier that allowed the baby to face out wards. I later found out it isn't good for the baby to dangle or face out. I loved my ergo carrier though.

That stupid stroller/carrier combo that was a monstrosity to take anywhere b/c it was too big to allow you to get down aisles and in between clothing racks while shopping. Of course my first was nearly 14 years ago, I imagine they have made them slimmer and more streamline now??

Wipes warmer and bottle warmer were the two biggest. Teegan was a pretty easy baby with that stuff (sleeping was another issue) and could of cared less.

Baby Bjorn i used maybe 3 times? It killed my back. Hoping to find something much better this time around (feel free to suggest something to me).

And the comforter that came with his crib bedding set.

I just can't fathom never using a crib. I don't plan to cosleep. It just wouldn't work for us.
