My sister is a nurse and said she used it for both of her pregnancies to fight nausea and it worked. Has anyone else heard or tried this? This is in addition to her prenatal vitamins

Yes that's a and safe remedy. If its really out of control and you can't function Zofran is a good prescription to ask for. I took that with my first.

the samples of prenatals the dr gave me had some b6 with it.

Yep taking extra (in addition to prenatal) b6 helps

I read about this, too! My prenatal has a good dosage of b6 in it, and so far, and I do believe it's helped my nausea this time around.

Yes, I tried it with my last pregnancy. I think maybe it took a slight edge off..But I ended up on Zofran and Phenergan and was still hospitalized and losing weight. It may work well for mild nausea with no vomiting.

I haven't tried it but my doctor said that B6 with or without Unisom actually helps with nausea. I wouldn't want to take the Unisom because I have a hard enough time staying awake.

I'm the odd woman out but B6 never helped me but increasing my magnesium supplements helped tremendously!

Thank you everyone. Yeah that was the first time I've heard about it, no surprise this is my first pregnancy lol, but I think I'm going to give it a try
