I'm a runner myself, just found a few days ago so I'm 4 and a half weeks. I've continued to jog, at a slower pace than usual, and found that I feel great during and after. I don't push myself too hard though. I read jogging is okay, as long as you can still hold a conversation then that's the right pace, nothing too strenuous.
