Last week we had our first ultrasound at 6w3d and we were told then that we were pregnant with twins. At that time, I was a little nauseated, but when my RE asked, I told him my sickness was very mild. He said good, it may or may not pick up, and to just eat what made me feel good. The day after that visit, it hit. I've been really sick since, and everyday I've been so bloated and my stomach has been very nauseous. Last night I had bad stomach cramps and finally was able to empty my bowels after about a week. This morning I literally woke up with no symptoms other than sore boobs. The sickness isn't here, my desire to hurl is gone, and I'm only just having stomach and back cramps.
I'm kinda worried that my ms is gone all of a sudden. And these cramps aren't helping either. Our next US is early tomorrow morning. I hope everything looks ok.

I hope everything is ok. Two thoughts, maybe you just feel better all around because you were finally able to have a bowel movement? Or, sometimes symptoms come and go, and aren't the same every day. The fact that your boobs are still sore is a good sign though. I pray everything looks great at the U/S!

I'm hoping everythign is great at your ultrasound. It sounds like you're just having a "good" day. My m/s comes and goes. sometimes I will have it all day for 3 days. Then I won't have any for a week. So Don't let yourself get too worried yet. Can't wait to hear an update.
