Sooo I'm still craving the dads cookies goodie bars, and burgers and now.... Ice cream?!?!?$? Omg I'm gonna end up gaining 100 lbs!!!! I am trying hard to say no to my craving but I want them so bad I could cry
Last week I got a cinnamon roll from the coffee shop for breakfast one day and a caramel roll the next. Yikes. I had Chinese for supper and cap'n crunch berries for snack. Perfect. And mc Donald's for lunch. I shouldn't have just reflected on all that.
If you're craving something sweet make it healthy....There are dairy free sugar free ice creams that are super good....Plus I saw online a cool recipe. Take vanilla ice cream mix in fresh berries and put between 2 graham crackers...instant ice cream sandwhich...I'm thinking of doing this with Chocolate though bc I love chocolate more
All carbs and junk food cravings here. Mostly rice which is strange. Red beans and rice, chicken and yellow rice, spanish rice, plain rice with salt and butter, lol. Seriously!!! I have gained 4 pounds already and I'm not even 5 weeks yet!
I'm craving home cooked meals. Like BBQ chicken, pork chops, potato salad, baked beans, chicken & rice, string bean casserole and blueberry cake. At least it's home cooked meals and not fast food, which I ate all the time before this pregnancy.
