but what kind of prenatal vitamins do you take? I just ran out of mine and I want to buy a good kind that will not upset my stomach.

I have been reading stuff about premama vitamin drink. Anyone ever take this??

Or know of another kind that helps with nausea

I've never heard of the drink but I switched to the gummies. I think Vitafusion makes them. I couldn't even finish my last prenatals because they just made me sick. The gummies are nice and easy on the palate and tummy.

I just use the CVS brand! I take it RIGHT before I go to bed at night so it doesn't make me sick! I had a professor in college that told us you should always take your vitamins before bed because that is when your body is rejuvenating and restoring itself and will really soak in the vitamins. I don't know how much truth there is to that...but I've been doing it ever since!

I take gummy ones. I think they are by vista fusion? I got them at target. They are much easier on my stomach and easier than swallowing big pills

I take the gummies. They're not as complete as other types, but honestly I would not remember or want to take a pill every day so I figure this is a good compromise. They're also coated with sugar so I have to rinse them off first :/

I have just been taking some regular vitamins, but DH is all into vitamins and health, and says that Rainbow Light brand is the best brand of vitamins because you can absorb everything in them and most other vitamins you cant, IDK how true it is, but that's the only ones he will buy so thats what I take lol

Right now I take the gummies. I'm looking to switch because the gummies have no iron and tried a new swallow able kind yesterday that didn't go so well. I'm still looking for an all in one pill.

I take Nutra Perfect. I take 2 at night and 2 in the morning. The capsules are normal supplement size and I don't get any weird side effects from them.

I switched to Rainbow Light brand at the recommendation of my OB after the store brand ones I was taking were making me sick, even when I took them at night. The pills are HUGE, that's the only problem I have with them because I have never been good at swallowing large pills, but they are by far gentler on the stomach than the other ones I was taking. I got them at Vitamin World, but GNC probably sells them as well.

Although I don't like to swallow big pills I can tolerate it. I would much rather it be easier on my stomach. I will try the Rainbow Light ones!
