Who tried to go for walks this week to keep in shape?
Is walking something you plan on doing to keep active?
Are you too tired to go for walks?

I have walked none, I am exhausted allll the time. I havent really been off my couch in two days. I bet taking a walk would give me more energy than I have now, though.

I actually did a jog/walk today. It was in motivation to help my friend start back exercising, but besides that I try to walk a few days a week. I worked out like crazy before I found out I was pregnant so I don't want to get completely out of it because once the baby comes I hope to get back to where I was

I want to start walking in my second Tri when I start to feel better. Plus it will be easier once the weather is warmer.

I walked this morning!!! It felt great. I was really active with my first 2 pregnancies and I plan to do so this time around, too! It actually helps me feel LESS tired!

Me! Walked 2 miles yesterday and did a 5K on the treadmill at the gym today. I usually run 5 days a week, so I am going to try and keep it up as much as I can.

Does walking the 2 1/2 blocks from my parking ramp to my work and back every day count? Plus, I do have to chase my 2.5 year old around. Lol.

I don't do much walking, but I have a bit of a walk from my car to my office if I don't get to work early enough

Not outside, I don't go anywhere in this neighborhood alone. But I chase my toddler around all day, hold her and walk her around the house. And I guess this isn't walking, but we're up and down the stairs constantly and I do yoga
