hey ladies, sorry I haven't been on for a while. been feeling super tired and sick and have guests from out of town..

Anyway, had an appt today and my ob/gyn wrote me a script for bendectin for m/s. said its perfectly safe and helps. Family dr gave his ok too. I will give it a go. anyone try this??

I sort of have. With my DD I took unisom and b6, which is the same thing just not together in a pill. It worked great for me because it made me a little.drowsy (my Ms was the worst at night). I hope it works for you!! It really helped me a lot!

It's called diclectin here (dif company, same drug) and it's extremely popular. All of my friends who have suffered from m/s have used it with no ill side effects. The only downside is they make some people sleepy so the recommendation is that you take a couple before bed to prevent m/s and if you start to feel queasy in the day, take another. You can take up to 8 a day.
