At my Chiropractor today I mentioned the nausea I've been having. He put some acupressure beads on and I've been much better tonight. He said that I can just press the spot for help. What you do is bend your wrist. Put three fingers on your forearm starting at the crease. Then push gently right in the middle of the inside of the forearm above your fingers. Kind of pulse the pressure to engage the pressure point. He said it can be done as much as needed, but really helps for morning sickness! Can't hurt to try and it does seem to be working!

I tried the seabands and they didn't help me at all.

Glad it's working for you though!
