I have a closet organizer thingy that I use for the babies, it's got two sections for hanging and 6 shelf type things. I usually organize by size and then by long sleeve and short sleeve, then put the blankets, towels etc on the sheves. (Each item together) then there are pockets in the side for socks and such.

The changing table/dresser stores diapers, wipes, socks, bibs, onesies, and sleepers (gotta make it simple for hubby/older boys when I ask them to grab me something!)

Then the closet will have the clothes. I only keep out the current size of clothes baby will be in.

I have baby onesies, socks, bibs in a drawer. Clothes hung up in the closet. I only have what currently fits available. I really only like 1 piece outfits on my babies. When they get older and have 2 piece things I use a clothes pin to keep it together as an outfit. The mess my DH or kids can do thinking things match is not to be underestimated!

Since it will be winter I am guessing that I will have 1000 sleepers in a bin so that DH can just grab them as he goes.

I haven't thought that far ahead yet. But I do share a love for both clothes and organization so I'm sure ill come up with something quite adorable.
