I've been having abdominal pain since yesterday afternoon. I've tried everything to relieve it. Extra strength tylenol a muscle relaxer but nothing is working. I think I'm going to have to suck it up and go in It woke me up (it's 354 am here) There is no spotting so that's why I haven't rushed in but I can't last much longer...Here's to making it to the morning so I don't wake the family.
Yeah, stand up paddle boarding is a serious ab/oblique workout. That's why most people you see, who consistently engage in SUP, have smoking hot bodies. A warm compress just might help to better relax your muscles. What about a nice warm bath?
