I've gotten a bunch of stuff like car seat, crib & sheets, changing table, dresser, glider, a vibrating chair, high chair, pump & all it's accessories, stroller, baby clothes, blankets, diapers, diaper trash can, wipes, bottles, a sling, a mirror for the car so I can see him while I'm driving.

Oh and a thermometer that you just swipe over his forehead, I found it at babies r us and its super neat!

Being #4, we're pretty set!

Crib/sheets/blankets
Changing table/dresser
glider/ottoman
pump
bottles; need to check status of the nipples though
1 box of NB disposable diapers/wipes
stash of small cloth diapers
plenty of onesies and sleepers for all sizes
enough season appropriate clothes if baby is a girl
carrier
car seat
stroller-double and single
swing
bouncer
aquarium play mat
walker-both an indoor and one we've used outside
baby swing for the swing set
high chair
bowls, spoons, bibs, etc
baby tub/infant tub seat
monitor, though we probably won't even set it up

Our list of stuff to get is small-breast pads, baby wash, possibly nipples, milk storage bags, and I want to get a new thermometer.

what i have:
cradle& cradle accessories
blankets (receiving and fluffy)
clothes/ shoes/ accessories
snowsuits
baby wash cloths/ towels
8oz bottles
bottles warmer
safety monitor (even though i can touch her crib from where i sit 90% of the time)
play yard
binkies
changing table& accessories
bumbo seat (i needed this, they're so cute, found it for $5 at a yard sale!)
some toys (0-6m)
baby book/ belly book
homecoming outfit (can't bring her home nakie)
burp cloths
swing
activity mat
car seat& base
toddler stroller
some diapers
diaper bag (okay, it's a purse, but it's a huge purse)
wipe container thing
swaddler
bouncer
window shade for the car

what i need:
more diapers
nipple care accessories
lotions/ soaps/ medicines
diaper genie (i'm told this is a necessity)
baby tub
wipes
breast pump (so others can feed her so i can sleep all night sometimes.. or just sleep)
non-rectal thermometer (i refuse to use the rectal, it makes me uncomfortable)

things that would be nice:
larger bin for her shoes (this one is overflowing already)
infant stroller (just in case it doesn't snow here again, her dad works 1/4 mile away, we could walk down to see him on his breaks, but not buying/ asking for this until november)
pram (same thing, i LOVE these things but they're so impractical in the snow so not even looking at them until november)
formula (in case she has latch issues, i'll have to feed her something)
walker (i can only find these with the bottoms, but i want her to be able to touch the ground to move)
high chair (it's in this list because i won't need it for awhile)

Everything that I need to bring her home with except wipes and baby wash. I think I'm going to run to Walmart for those today. I don't have crib mattress but she won't be sleeping there so it's not even on my list.

Everything but a few NB disposables, new snotsuckers, new nipples for bottles (just in case), crib mattress and bedding (not a priority), car seat adapter for double stroller, and possibly a swing.

What I really need are a clean house and stocked freezer, and someone to help me declutter my home. And to prep her diapers. And to start wanting to nest.

I've got so much from the previous 4! I might like a second bouncer. I'm waiting for the babies to come to see if I really need it though. I have 3 types of swings! I have blankets, clothing, hats, car seats, and tons of baby activity things. I want to get chair type highchairs, but I need to buy more chairs for our dining room table. It sits 8, but we have only 6 chairs! They don't need them right away, so I'm waiting for tax return season.

I have (most of which I had saved from my first):

- bassinet
- pack n play
- in-bed sleeper
- lots of clothes (only 3 NB size, but I don't expect little bub to be much smaller than her sister was - lol)
- swing
- bathtub (though I need to find it, I'm guessing basement)
- playmat
- jumperoo
- various toys
- more blankets than I need
- towels and washcloths (though I'd like some new ones)
- boppy and other nursing pillow
- Moby and MobyGo (plus the Sears sling)
- backpack style diaper bag (LOVE, so happy I saw that deal paired with the MobyGo)
- bottles (will need new nipples, but not for a few weeks after birth anyhow)
- changing table (still need a new pad to put on it)
- cloth diapers - BG 4.0 (will need to buy more, though, along with cloth wipes and wipe solution if I don't make the solution at home)
- cloths for burp rags
- stroller (though I'll have to find it - won't use it until spring anyhow)
- highchair (which will stay in the basement until needed)
- nursing bras (which I'm already wearing)
- wool breast pads (which I need to find)
- likely lots of other things I can't think of right now - lol

Really, I just need to get most of it set up and this house cleaned. But we'll also need a bunch of Burt's Bees stuff (dusting powder and body wash mainly), and I'm waiting for my 10% Target coupon for that...I hope it comes in the next couple weeks. And Lasinoh, definitely will need that.

Ducks- Just an FYI the bumbo seats were recalled I think because they added a safety strap? I'm not 100% sure, I think they are still fine to use, but just be aware!

I liek them too and will probably get one

That recall was so dumb. "Babies can fall out!" Well, yeah, you still have to watch them in it. O.o People are amazing.

But yes, i think they can come with a tray now too....i pretty much just used mine to take pictures of Teegan in cute outfits... >_>

(look what i found!!!)
LIKE THIS:

*_* tiny baby Teegan guys! Look at him all sitting in that Bumbo and not falling out! That's because i'm "watching him" AND i didn't put him on a high surface. Parent of the year award, right here please!

He is so cute! And yeah... I never understood people who put the bumbo on the countertop or thought it was a substitute baby sitter O_O

I remember when I heard that about the strap I thought "Ok, so when the baby falls out now the seat comes with it?"

Picked up the car seat today.

I have everything else but a crib mattress and boy clothes (if this one turns out to be a boy).

they recalled it because they added a safety feature?

my aunt had one and only used it when they were eating dinner- they put Scarlet in it and put it on the table between their plates, with her back to the wall. hers was like Nicole's but the one we found has the strap and tray (i think the tray is removable, i must investigate). i plan on putting her in it because it's supposed to help strengthen back muscles. since i spend a lot of my internet time in bed, she can bumbo in the bed next to me while i derp on here. even if she does fall/ tip over, she'll land on the bed. but i doubt she'll be able to move much without me noticing, and there's no other situation i'll be using the bumbo for.

just to clarify too: you can't put a newborn in there, right? so when can you start using a bumbo seat?

You'll know because if they're too young they'll start to slide to the right or left lol. They have to have enough strength in their tiny bodies to hold themselves up a bit. Teegan was 4 months in that picture and i believe that's when i first starting using it.
