I woke up this morning just exhausted as all get out. Didn't feel like I slept at all last night. So I sit down on the couch where the hubby is sitting playing his game. I eat my bowl of cereal then I start to feel a little crampy. Just mild, menstrual like cramps in my lower belly. They never really intensified, and went away after about an hour or so...

Are these BH or possibly some regular contractions?

Hard to say but if they went away it's not real labor. If they come back and stay for a while could be start of something.

I'm 35 weeks this week, and the weird cramping would come and go. Then wait a few hours then come and go again. I took a nap yesterday and when I woke up is when I felt the worse.

I'm the same with you Heels! Every time I feel something I'm like, "Oh crap" lol! I'm feeling better today, but it was just so weird that it was menstrual-like cramping. I'm just glad they're gone!!

They could be start up contractions. This can go for weeks, but they slowly prep you for delivery and get you started dilating.
