We started out in disposables because she was so tiny, but we just switched from disposable to cloth diapers (GDiapers) because she is finally big enough to wear them. This is my first baby in cloth, and I have to say its surprisingly easy! I was thinking of using disposables at night, but she had a bit of a diaper rash that lingered for weeks and it only cleared up when I started using cloth so I am sticking with cloth at night too. I'm loving that we are saving money and it is only an extra load of laundry every couple of days.
Ivy is still in sposies for now. We'll likely switch to her cloth BGs in about a month. The recurring mastitis keeps reminding me not to push myself, so I'm not about to add 3 more loads of laundry per week to our list yet!
Cloth! I have nearly 70 newborn diapers, so I only wash every 3 days. Very easy! I can't imagine paying for disposables for twins! They were getting a rash in the NICU that cleared up by the second day home.
