Pot roast (do twice as much and freeze)
Jamie Oliver's Chicken in milk.
oven roasted carrots, potatoes, asparagus, etc.
pulled pork (but must marinate overnight and put in oven in morning)
anything with a grocery rotisserie chicken

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes (I made a bunch before baby and froze, I toss both in the crock pot and use that to heat it up)
Tacos (also mixed up the meat and froze it before baby)
Grilled cheese and canned soup
Breakfast for dinner
