I have some dance pants (from my dancing days) that I wear with a sports bra and a loose fitting t-shirt. I also wear a heart rate monitor (black chest strap and red watch). Hair is always in a ponytail. Shoes are Spalding (I think)....but I need to get a new pair because these are getting uncomfortable...and I don't think they are really meant for walking type exercise.

Just depends on whats clean. I have work out capris, pj pants, and some ridiculously short shorts... And then for tops I wear a Danskins sports bra and usually a tank top or spaghetti strap shirt. Since I work out at home, fashion isnt my top priority. Oh and I also wear a Golds Gym Waist Trimmer belt (no, I havent noticed it trimming my waist) and I always start out on the Elliptical with a zip up hoodie jacket.. any thing to help me sweat

Depends if I'm teaching a class or working out. If I am working out, I wear the VSX active wear pants or other stretchy-type pants. I wear a regular bra under a sports bra and then one of those tops that are meant to absorb sweat. If I am teaching a class I wear cargo pants or stretchy-type capri pants, a sports bra over a regular bra and a bright-colored top. And some kind of bright, supportive running shoe. The more skittle-like I look, the happier I am, lol!!

skittle-like - Love that!!!

With me, it's whatever is clean, comfy & fits me loosely. Typically this is loose pants or shorts, sports bra & t-shirt or tank top.
