What do you do to workout?

I teach 6 Zumba classes a week. I also try to workout at Curves at least three days a week.

I use Leslie Sansone's walk at home dvd's and am going to start adding some 10 minute solutions dvd's (one is abs, another is toning, one is stability ball work, and one is kickboxing). I try to walk 3 "Leslie Miles" a day. Sometimes I only get in 1-2 if I am busy and other day's I will get in 4. I have yet to do a 5 mile walk though.

I am doing Couch 2 5 K on my elliptical. Right now Im on Week 2 Day 2. I try to do it every day.

I also have the Biggest Loser At-Home Challenge and I'd like to do it every day, but havent yet.

I also found a inner thigh work out on you tube that I want to start doing.

Right now I am not very consistent with my work outs.

Mainly the treadmill for me right now. I do a combo of walking with spurts of running mixed in.
