Who's up for a monthly exercise challenge??

For this challenge you can either choose an X number of miles goal or an X number of minutes goal. (Don't need to do both) We will keep track of miles or minutes done in this thread. Everyone who meets their goal by then end of March will get a gold medal blinkie (or similar) for their siggy!

So first is to pick your poison......Miles or Minutes?

Mine are "Leslie Miles" - miles set to the pace of the music somehow. All 5 miles were from Leslie's Ultimate 5 mile walk plan dvd.

Brittanie - Amanda makes me feel like a wimp to, and since we're practically the same age, I can't even say she's a youngster who can do things my old bones can't do.

Kelsey- I do it on the elliptical, so its not as hard. I actually enjoy doing it. I know its harder to do on the tread mill or actually outside because you have to work harder than on the elliptical.
