(((Hugs))) I'm sorry sweetie. That darn scale has done that to me so often. A couple of weeks back I was venting to Jess when I had exercised consistently for both weeks, ate perfectly, did everything right and the scale had not budged in 2 weeks. It is so frustrating . . .
Now are you retaining water right now? My body will add a couple of pounds the week before I start my cycle, and also if I am eating too many salty foods I will swell up some (ankles & wrists). Just my 2 cents . . . other then that, I don't recommend weighing yourself daily. The daily fluctuations drive me crazy, and weekly or even bi-weekly weigh-ins is better for my mental state when seeing the weight on the scale.
Like Becky said, you may be retaining water for some reason. I also gained a couple pounds before AF showed and after 2 days of high numbers it dropped back to where it was. The ladies on the fitness board also said that your muscles can retain water after a good workout. I've also noticed if I eat something salty I seem to retain water. Hang in there! It will come back off! (((BIG HUGS)))

Put the scale away!! Pick your weigh-in day and have your hubby hide it where you don't know where it is. You will drive yourself crazy weighing yourself everyday. Your weight will fluctuate from morning to night. I know you love to see the numbers drop, but seeing the numbers increase makes you feel like you've done nothing. Don't stop what you are doing. I know it's discouraging, but you are doing it right!!
