I'm down slightly from last months weigh in....but have hit a bit of a weight gain bump the last couple days. We'll see if it goes back down by Friday.

I was 208 this last Wednesday. I have to good feeling about this Friday when I weigh in! Here's hoping at least!

Brittanie, are you switching up your workouts at all? It really helps if you can switch it up. Your body gets used to doing certain things if you do them over and over again. Also, how do you feel and how are your clothes fitting? Remember the scale is not the only indicator of how you are doing:-) I'm sure you have it on here some where, but are you tracking what you eat? If so, do you mind if I take a look?

Yeah, I just recently started Zumba. And I *have* gone down a pants size and 2 belt holes, but it's just depressing. I've been stuck at 190 forever. :/

You are building muscle then! You are doing great, so just keep up with it. Don't let the scale be your only indicator. Going down a pants size is awesome!!
