I am proud of myself!! I was hungry this afternoon and really wanted something that wasn't good for me. I'm talking ice cream or cake. Instead I opted for some vanilla-chocolate Chobani yogurt.

What is your go-to healthy snack when what you really want isn't good for you?

I've been having a really hard time with this since going off dairy. I used to do yogurt or string cheese, but since that was causing my issues....yeah. Today was chips and salsa. I actually counted out the chips and measured the salsa.

Brittanie- Thats good! I always over do it on chips & salsa!


My go to would also have to be yogurt w/granola or string cheese.... or I try to fight it

Brittanie - Way to go on counting out the chips! I always go way over if I have chips!

For me, it is probably yogurt or string cheese. I've also started having 1-2 of the big pretzel rods if I am craving something salty.
