Sorry ladies, I forgot to post this earlier in the week.
Pull out that measuring tape. Take some basic measurements waist, breast, hips, and I like to measure biceps & thighs.
These will be great to compare against in a couple of months when we've trimmed those pounds. (It's also great for me as I will go down in inches, but not on the scale at times, so it makes me feel less sad.)
I'll measure sometime next week as AF is here right now. But just for fun, I'll post my measurements from January 28th to compare to when I do measure next week. (not sure how accurate the measurements are....or if I even measured them in the right spots. )
Neck: 13 in
Biceps: 11 in
Wrist: 6.25 in
Bust 34 in
Waist: 31 in
Hips: 38.5 in
Thighs: 22.5 in
Calves: 14 in
