I feel like I've hit a brick wall in my weight loss. I've been losing the same couple/three pounds for about 2 weeks now. I've changed up my exercise a little bit and adjusted some of my eating habits in the hopes of jump starting my system, but nothing seems to be working. I know I'm not gaining muscles because not only is the scale not really changing but my clothes aren't changing either. I feel stuck. At the rate I was losing weight I was really hoping to be past half way by now and now I'm not even half way. Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.
Don't stop, whatever you do! Just because you aren't seeing results, doesn't mean it's not good for you and it's not helping. I think your body has gotten used to what you were doing, so changing is a good idea. We all have set-backs and bad weeks, so just keep going!
I'm also at a brick wall. I've been bouncing between 132-135 for the last month-1 1/2 months. I've heard that incorporating some toning into the workout will help as the more muscle you have the more calories you have to burn. Not sure if it's true or not, but I'm going to test the theory out this month. Like Amanda said...Don't stop!
