Thanks for posting the video Brittanie! I was hoping to come back and post one yesterday, but DH decided last minute that we were going to go somewhere so had to get off the computer.

done for today! Apparently the zumba song/routine that Elaine does which is just holding a squat for most of it (there are some other leg moves, but for a large percentage of the song you're holding a squat) is doing me good! I maybe up it to 15 tomorrow.

Did 20 yesterday and A LOT today!! One of the moves on Biggest Loser At Home Challenge is a squat and then a back lunge.. Well I cant do both moves at the same time so I just did squats the whole time... Twice!! Ill probably be dieing later!! LOL

Way to go Robin!

I also did the 10 squats and then some today! There were about 3-4 variations of squats on the 10 minute solutions target toning video I did today.

I am! I think if I were just doing the 10 a day I'd be okay, but with the addition of all of those that I did with my workout video yesterday....ouch! (Also saying ouch to my abs and my arms today too. )

You will feel it more if you add some lunges and vary the exercise. You can also vary it by changing the spacing of your legs and how far you stick your butt out and down. Just make sure you are doing them the correct way, knees behind the toes!
