I am switching things up a bit this month to see if I can break through my wall. I'm planning on walking Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Toning on Tuesday and Thursday; Doing a different exercise/video (like my stability ball, kickboxing, ballet) on Saturday; and then using Sunday as my rest day.

Think thats good for now.. Aside from trying to eat better, portion control and drink more water. I am also taking Hydroxycut Max.. I just started today. Ive taken it before but never stuck it out for long and this time Im actually going to be working out and eating good at the same time.. Im not relying on it as a miracle weight loss answer. I know its not.. Im taking it for the added energy, metabolism booster and appetite suppressor.. If it makes me start feeling crappy, Ill stop taking it..
