What are your exercise plans for April??

I am switching things up a bit this month to see if I can break through my wall. I'm planning on walking Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Toning on Tuesday and Thursday; Doing a different exercise/video (like my stability ball, kickboxing, ballet) on Saturday; and then using Sunday as my rest day.

I've got Zumba class Monday and Friday (not today, went to the chiropractor instead). Tuesday and Thursdays, I've been *meaning* to get up and do EA sports in the morning.

I think I need to just be REALLY consistent at working out and not oversnacking. It's starting to warm up a bit, so I might go out and walk around the lake while Erin's at school when it's sunny.

* Couch 2 5 K every day I possibly can
* Biggest Loser At Home DVD- Alternate Cardio and Strength every day
* Our Squat challenge daily
* Maybe work in Wii Zumba

Think thats good for now.. Aside from trying to eat better, portion control and drink more water. I am also taking Hydroxycut Max.. I just started today. Ive taken it before but never stuck it out for long and this time Im actually going to be working out and eating good at the same time.. Im not relying on it as a miracle weight loss answer. I know its not.. Im taking it for the added energy, metabolism booster and appetite suppressor.. If it makes me start feeling crappy, Ill stop taking it..
