Is anyone else getting leg pains? I've been getting them bad the last few days specifically my left calf. I though it was all the walking I've done lately but I'm not to sure. It's not quite a Charlie hoarse but it hurts pretty bad.

tell your doc. I had leg pain, turned out to be a blood clot. It was a few years ago. They did a blood test called a D-Dimer. But Charlie horses are very common I got them all the time with DD. My OB told me to stretch and point my toes up and then straight out multiple times.

When I had clots a few years ago that's how it started... hopefully it's nothing, but definitely don't put off getting it checked out. It's much, much better if they catch it early!

I would say elevate your legs as much as you can. And if the pain gets worse, or you start to see swelling or the place where you're hurting feels hot to the touch, go into the ER. Do you have a nurse hotline or an oncall gp or family practice doc you could call?

I remember that when mine first started it hurt really bad when I put weight on that leg, and sometimes felt fine, but that was a couple weeks before I finally got bullied into going to the ER. I'd say that if it doesn't get worse then you should be ok to wait til Tuesday. Make sure that if you start to have chest pain or shortness of breath you go in immediately or even call 911. And it couldn't hurt to call the nurse hotline, cuz they would know better than me!

Hopefully you just have a sore muscle or charlie horses and all this worry is for nothing at all!

Have someone press against your foot and push against their hand. If it makes it worse call the nurse line and tell them that.

Otherwise it may just be the beginning of cramps. Get enough calcium, potassium and magnesium to help keep them from getting worse! Also make sure to drink enough water.

I had pain in my left leg the other day. It felt almost like it was starting to cramp up but it lasted all day and never did fully cramp. It seems to be gone now. But I know how much that ish can hurt.

A charlie horse is like a spasm or cramp in the leg. I know for me it sort of feels like someone has tied a knot in my calf.
