Lets give some props to our SO/DHs! What have they done that's sweet to you lately?

Jon just picked out every piece of disgusting chicken out of two cans of chicken noodle soup for me. I love the noodles but the chicken makes me hurl. He stood there for a good 10 minutes getting every little piece.

Two out of the last three nights DH has made me yummy dinners that aren't exactly easy recipes. And every time I get up to get something, he gets up and takes care of it for me. That might irritate me under normal circumstances, but at this point I still need all the help I can get.

I'm glad you posted this...it always makes me happy when I start thinking about all the sweet things DH does.

Ryan OFFERED to make me peach cobbler...this is after my intense peach obsessions/craving. Even for him to just think to offer and want to make it for me is HUGE!!! He is not typically that considerate.

DF's took such great care of me during my mono. He got everything for me and Kayley, I never needed to get up and do things unless he was at work. And now that he's been out of town all week the last 2 weeks He hasnt had much opportunity to do anything nice for me. But last night my crazy drunken mother kept harassing me for four hours straight and by 11 pm I had lost my nerve. I called DF crying and waking him up and he listened to me complain and wasn't mad at all that I woke him up and then demanded her phone number so he could tell her to leave me alone. I thought it was sweet. I can't wait til he comes home!!

I've been having to work extra hours lately, so I've been super tired by the time I get home. He likes to cook, so he's been offering to make dinner (and clean the house after our 4th of July party Monday). He also remembered my ketchup cravings and made me some of those fries you can bake in the oven, so I could have some ketchup.

He broke a candlestick and blamed it on me even though I was in the other room.
He came in drunk.
He snored, scratched, hogged the bed - all night long. I ended up on the couch.
He made up the bed this morning.

DH has done so much. He's taken over making dinner duties and some meal planning. He's not very good at it but he's getting better. He also helps me with laundry, his own to-do list before baby arrives for projects around the house that need to be tied up. I need to decided on a color for a dressed I want to refinish so he can work on it in the garage. He's really stepped up and made my life so much easier.

DF switched sides of the bed with me last night so I could sleep next to the AC. OMG I slept sooo good.

I really wish I could post something nice on this thread but the grass is STILL not cut from the last DH/SO posts we had and the city is going to be sending us a nasty letter soon. The house is in shambles and when the house is messy I admit... I get a little (okay a lot) on edge and snippy, so we've been bickering more than usual. I try not to focus on those things but it's going to get to where I'm outside in 100 degree weather mowing the darn grass because he doesn't work so I'm the one who'll have to pay the city fine... NOT him.

He didn't run away in horror when, last night while watching TV, I sneezed and then yelped. He asked if I was okay and I said "I just peed a little bit!" while running to the bathroom to clean up.

Once I got back, all cleaned up, he just grinned at me and asked if we needed to buy me some diapers, too. He was nonplussed when I explained that these things happen to pregnant ladies.

Thank you for understanding my grossness, honey!

Adam rubs my feet and legs every night when I get off work. He always checks to see if I need anything when he gets up. And this morning at 5:30, when I was freaking out because I'd started spotting, he stayed awake with me and talked until it was late enough to call the midwife.

Ok. Glad I am not the only one having a hard time trying to think up something!

I love him A LOT but he just doesn't do any of these things you ladies are talking about.

Some of these are uber sweet!

My DH has definitely been VERY patient with me through all of my hormonal outbursts! He has also been making dinner at night... cooking just isn't my thing lately. Something about the raw meat and all
