I did them all the time when i was preg with dd.. I was still young and didnt want my junk all stretched out. lol. I guess they worked! =)

LOL, I actually had forgotten these until this post! My friend swears by them for helping with urinary incontinence after birth. That alone is enough motivation for me! Ha ha!

I have a bladder of steel even after having delivered two BIG babies! One 9 pounds 9 ounces and one a half ounce away from 12 pounds! I contribute this to practicing kegels continually, even when not pregnant.
