Anyone know of any dangers of swimming too much while pregnant?
I was wondering if the chlorinated water could cause issues with my cervix if it's going in there too much?
I mean really this is my 4th pregnancy so obviously when I'm swimming water goes up in the crack and pours out a bit when I get out of the pool.
I just wondered if it could cause issues bc I swim a lot.
Anyway prob a dumb question but I worry about anything.

I really don't think so since swimming is considered one of the best exercises a pregnant woman can do. So long as the water isn't contaminated with bacteria, like a stagnant lake or pond you should be good.
