YES! I have been getting them a few times a week for 2 weeks now. I also get in my foot where my second toe muscle does whatever and the toe gets crampy. I hate that too.

I get them when I am in a serious workout regimen (which I am not currently...d'oh!).

They are very painful and I have found that hydration and foods with high potassium content are helpful.

All the time! Although I probably won't get them til a little further along. I'm on my feet all day at work and carrying extra weight around gives my poor legs a great workout. I always got them in the middle of the night with DS. I would be sleeping and then BAM! I would wake up crying they hurt so bad.

Yep. I know I need more bananas. I used to get them when I was a kid and they were really really bad but a banana always helped.

Mine happen in my sleep too. Then I have to try and get out of bed over Elizabeth and Marko without waking them up so I can stand up because that is the only way to make it go away.

We've been on vacation & I've been walking alot more, so maybe that's why it hit me this week. However, I've been drinking water like crazy. I've been eating bananas now though, so hopefully I won't get anymore!

During pregnancy they can also be caused by low calcium. Try drinking some more milk, it works like a charm for me.
