very normal... do you have any books at all? I don't like calling for every little thing and the Mayo Clinic Guide has helped me...
at my 16 week appt my doctor went over pain relievers and dosage (it's also on a sheet she gave me) and she also suggested half a cup of anything with caffeine if it's especially bad. We had a lengthy thread a few pages back about treating headaches, there was a lot of good information. It's hormonal for me, exercise and more water don't help as much as tylenol
January DDC Weekly Chat Wednesdays at 7pm hosted by me! Yay!
Headaches and even migraines are normal. Mine have been awful. I've been in bed for hours just hiding from light and crying. I suppose there isn't much they can do. I've tried everything and they prescribed some Esgic (sp?) which is just caffeine/tylenol/and a mild sedative but that didn't work either, plus I DESPISE sedatives with a vengeance. It just sucks. I'll have a wicked migraine for a few days and then regular headaches for the next few days after. I'll discuss again when I see them tomorrow, but I'm thinking I'm on my own>
Good luck honey. A lot of people say drinking extra water at night helps to eleviate headaches in the morning. I hope they get better for you. You should definitely mention it to the doc if they get super bad.
