If we are having a girl, I think I will for sure go with this bedding and maybe do a "patchwork" theme.

If it's a boy, I'm screwed because I can't kind anything that I love.

Ok, I really like the Pirate theme for a boy. I found someone who custom makes bedding on Etsy and it is SOOOOO cute! I am kinda loving that.

Totally cute! I am torn on whether to replace ours from Bailey as it was gender neutral and really not "used". I looked at pottery barn the other day, but boy stuff just isn't as fun as the girl's!!

We have done Pottery Barn bedding for both kids' nurseries and big kid rooms. I love it and it has held up really well. I really like the colors in the Simone set!

I love the pirates theme idea! So different than the usual boy ideas. The girly bedding is beautiful. I am definitely thinking of a garden theme if this is a girl and I was surprised while shopping at walmart to find exactly what I was looking for there.

For the boy pirate theme, I love her #6 choice the best! Have that be the main fabric and then another fabric for accents or something! Too cute! Pottery barn kids have the best stuff!

I have always based a lot of my gender instinct on my bedding choices. When I was having a boy I couldn't stand to look at pink frilly bedding sets, I really gravitated towards more masculine/boy themed sets. It's been 100% so far!

Gorgeous. It's too bad that they don't have a boys version with a blue edge and perhaps a patchwork star or something. I really like it. It looks classic and current at the same time.

That's so cute!
Since I still live with my parents, baby's "nursery" will just be a wall of my room for it's crib
so obviously, if it's a girl, it'll be easy to find a bedding that will somewhat "match" the color of my room (I have cherry furniture and blue bedding)
Thankfully though, if it's a boy, I have the blue bedding on my bed, so maybe a blue theme for a boy..I saw an adorable under the sea theme with seahorses on the bedding in babies r us for a boy!
