Last night I took my first ballet class in about umm... 10 years! It was an adult beginning class, so I wouldn't over do it, but it was so fun much! I forgot how much I loved it! The other ladies taking the class were probably quite a bit younger than me, but were just starting out. As mean as it is, it felt nice to be the best one out of group, considering I'm overweight and pregnant!

I can't wait to do it next week! And hopefully I can keep up with it through the fall!

BTW... when I woke up this morning I totally got a leg cramp walking down the stairs!! Owie!!

That sounds like so much fun

Glad you're enjoying it! I danced for years when I was younger and definitely miss it! Dancing will absolutely help keep you in shape and tone your body !

Oh how fun! I'm sorry that you were sore from it, though. It's crazy how few muscles we must use on a daily basis, because I am forever getting sore after even limited physical exertion. I can't imagine how little I'd be able to move after a ballet class!
