Sorry for short notice, however all my intercomes have completely kicked the bucket! I swear they just die after a year or so. I have my toddlers in one room across house, can't hear them scream at night, they have to get out of bed and come to us. I have my 1 year old in the room next to us, but still need an intercom for nap time. I hate dishing out the money, but it is inevitable I am going to have to buy a new one anyway.
I need advice which do you have, how long how awesome? I have been thinking about the summer infant touch you can add up to 4 cameras. It has zoom and pans the room. I have heard mixed reviews on it.. seems there are some lemons out there. I like the pan option as I would need to pan to see one bed to another most likely.
I dont need a camera but I've heard many good things about summer infant. I have used graco for a while I love it... if it would only last longer then a year! sooo annoying!!! Anyway I really like digital but I just want to hear your opinions before I run out and drop a huge amount of money on something.
I also have a 15% off coupon for intercoms right now, and babie r us has the touch one on sale as it is.. so instead of $279 I'd pay $214.
I just have the Sony infant monitor. It's like $45-50 at BRU. Works great. Just a regular monitor no camera. I actually just bought a second one that I found at a garage sale and it's basically brand new for 15 bucks.
I had the same problem with the first one I got - it konked out after a short time. So I did some research and decided on a Sony (I'm sorry, I can't remember the more specific name) and LOVED it!! The reviews were great, and I agreed. It never quit working. I'll have to see if I still have it somewhere. If not, I'm buying another one for sure. And I don't remember it being too much.
