Girls: both names have been ones I have loved since the high school days.
1.Romy
or
2.Shiloh

Boys: Woodrow was my Grandpa's name but everyone called him Woody. If we name our son Woodrow we would shorten it to Woods. I am fearful that kids would name fun of him and call him Woody....for obvious reasons. Do you think we need to worry?
1.Briggs
or
2.Woods (Woodrow)

Any help or advise would be fun and helpful!
Thanks!!!!!

I've heard of all those names and they are cute!

I like Romy for a girl.

My friend just named her son Briggs and I had NEVER heard of that...I guess it is coming out? Woods is a nice name b/c it has meaning....I'd say go with that! It doesn't matter what you name your child now a days, kids will find a nickname out of anything!

Romy and Briggs.... and ditto what pp said. It seems like any name can result in name calling. And if it's not the name it will be something else!

I really like Shiloh. I'm going to be honest and say I don't care for either of the boy names. But it's your baby and I agree that any name can be picked on.

I like shiloh and woodrow but you'll have to read Lonesome Dove to him when he gets old enough. Good book!
