I have a friend who asked these two questions on my facebook wall. I was hoping to get some more answers for her.
"As we prepare for this new addition, I'm wondering if you have any insight on where I might find the best deals on diapers and baby stuff? Websites that may offer free shipping and lower prices than what I can find around here?"
diapers.com has free shipping for everything over $50 and they do not tax! They are great. If there is something you want and not in stock they will automatic give you a $5 credit for you inconvience! When I order something it is usually here in two days with regular shipping!
I don't know where your friend lives, if its in the USA, I buy my diapers at BJ's Wholesale Club, did research and they were the cheapest, their brand is very good, but I love luvs it $30 a box and there are 264 in a box for the size 1, and then it gets to be less quantity for the same money as the sizes go up.

Amazon has a mommy's club that you can join. It has free shipping (takes about 5-7 days) and you can set it to automatically order and ship it. We did that with the wipes and receive 3 big packs every 2 months. I can also get my formula on Amazon for about 18 dollars a can which is 4 dollars cheaper than the grocery store and walmart (unless I have coupons).
She can also sign up for coupons and offers from whichever diaper and formula brand she chooses to use. My grocery store regularly runs coupons for formula and diapers in their weekly ads and allows me to use one manufacturer and one store coupon per item. I sometimes save 14 dollars on a 22 dollar can of formula! Also, the same grocery store has a baby club where they send me extra store coupons each month. I think Huggies has a rewards program where you get points when you enter the codes on their wipes and diapers. I know some of the mamas in my pr have earned free wipes and diapers that way!

I agree with the PP who said BJ's wholesale club, they have excellent bulk prices and usually have a monthly coupon in their member book they send out, combined with a manufacture coupon you can get a great deal.
