I think I overdid it today and I'm fairly certain my va-jay-jay is officially broken. It is a dull ache in my groin that will not cease! Note to self: running 11 miles = round ligament pain that hurts like a son of a biscuit.
I was whining to my husband on the way to grab dinner, "That run wore me out! I'm exhausted...it was hard...I'm sore and I broke my va-jay-jay!"
He didn't expect my last complaint and began laughing hysterically. Thanks, dear. Way to support the team...
