So I have been wondering and googling "Is it ok to reuse bottle teats for baby number two?"
I have found mixed opinions...
My personal opinion is that the teats I used for DD are still in good nick, they will be washed and sterilised, they haven't been chewed on so it's ok to use them??
I laughed out loud when I read on another forum while researching this topic "I'd reuse them, they will be sterilised... you wouldn't sterilise your nipple"... "that had been sitting in a sweaty leaky bra all day"
I want honest opinions please, I don't want MY opinion to lean you one way or another.
My babies aren't going to be that far apart, so it's not like the nipples will have had time to disintegrate. I'll sterilize ours and reuse them. I think if there were 10 years difference and they had been sitting in storage, I might reconsider.

Im not a mommy yet but I think after this baby I am going to save all the nipples as long at they arent bitten or anything. As long as they are clean then I don't see it being any different than going out and buying them except not spending money lol. If ya got 'em, use 'em!!!
The only problem I see in reusing the nipples is that some of mine (the ones I won't be reusing) have changed colors. They used to be clear and now they are yellow and for that reason I don't trust them. Call me slighty paranoid but thats me! I have no problems with the ones that haven't changed since I've bought them.
