About a week ago we talked about making a thread for daily exercise. Hopefully it will motivate everyone to do a little something every day, even when we don't feel like it.

It's still early here, so I haven't done anything yet. But I do plan on taking a long walk after my doctor's appointment this afternoon (12 week checkup!)

What did you do today?

35 minutes of circuit training, then stretching. Ina bit, Ill take the kids for a long walk...pushing the double stroller. That should earn me something good for dessert tonight, right?

Nothing but laundry and picking up around the house...but I'm probably going to break my va-jay-jay again tomorrow (round ligament pain) with our weekend long run for half marathon training, so I'm not feeling too guilty today...

Julie, after gaining way too much weight with DD, I made some major lifestyle changes...one of them being committing to working out at least five days a week. Its not always easy but it makes me feel so much better. Now it is just something I do.

I got a pretty fun prenatal belly dancing video. I thought it would be way too easy, but it was actually a good workout. It's low impact and lots of great stretching! Overall it's about a 25 minute workout.

Got the yard mowed and weeded, I think I will do some pilates later and if/when I do I'll post that. Next wk we are getting our community center pass going again (we never use it during the summer) so I will be able to go lift, swim, elliptical! I cannot weight.... if only childcare there wasn't so expensive I'd be able to go more often and not work around Dh's schedule.

My workout consisted of chasing a 2.5 year old all over the house, gathering dirty laundry, sweeping and mopping.

We are going out of town after DH gets off work tonight so I've been packing and cleaning house. I also did a little bit of shopping. I'm going to try to fit in a work out during DD's nap.

My work out for the week...7-4 get 22 second graders to get to know the procedures in our school/classroom. (That means a lot of walking around and a lot of talking!) From 4-9 chase a 2 year old. (That means a lot of sit, chase, sit, chase, cont.) At 9 I get a weird energy brust and then I can't fall alseep until at least 11!

Well I am high risk and since I wasn't really working out prior to getting pregnant I can't do much. Working with little kids is workout enough for me
