Is it normal to feel achy pain near your groin area? The best way to describe where the pain is is right where my legs end in the middle but right before you get to the lady bits.

Is this RLP or something else? It's worse after exercise or a long day on my feet.

I sure hope it is, because I have it too. Usually gets me when I stand up, or roll over to fast.

If I find an answer I'll let you know

It's nothing to worry about. I had it with my other two, and I have it this time around too, although it didn't come quite this early with the others. It's a pain (literally) and in my experience, it gets worse (though for right now it comes and goes), but it goes away pretty quickly after the baby is born.

I looked it up, the ligaments start in the groin area so what you are feeling is completely normal

Prego safe stretch can help a lot with RLP. Just nothing that squishes the belly or twists.
