We both really like Rhyan for a girl... nto a huge fan of Ryan for a boy but making it a girl makes it a little less common and it flows really well with the others. We had already decided we wanted to honor Dh's grandpa with the middle name so for a girl Jo and a boy Harold (His name was Joseph Harold and my gp's mn is also Harold so we can do both for a boy). Now that our girl name is more of a boy name is Rhyan Jo too masculine of a name? I have found zero names that Ir eally can picture for a girl and this one really seems to fit.... I just hate to have to use a diff middle name.

My best friends oldest is Ryan (girl) and my daughter's best friend at school is Rhyan. I think it's a great name for a girl, but maybe it's because I know two little girls with the name. And they are super sweet girls!

As for the Jo...that's my middle name...so I love it. Nah, I don't think it's too masculine.

I love it! If it seems to masculine, you could make it Rhyan Josephine, and call her Rhyan Jo for short. I've always loved Rhyan/Ryan for a girl though!

I've never seen that used as a girl's name, but I see no reason why not.

Rhyan Josephine and Rhyan Jo are both really pretty. =) I never thought of it as a name for a girl, but I like it.

I have a friend whose little girl is named that. They spell her name Ryann though. I think it works great as a girls name. And the name Rhyan Jo is just adorable!!

I love Rhyan Jo!

I have a cousin that has a middle name of Jo Marie it a combo of her moms name, Josette, and family name of her dads, Marie. Her name is Lisa JoMarie, unique and I love that too. If you think Jo is to masculine you could combine it with a feminie name, to make it your own special name.

I don't think I have ever heard of the name Rhyan being used for a girl... but I LOVE it! I don't think Rhyan Jo is too masculine, but if it does rub you the wrong way you could always extend the middle name to something that begins with Jo..?

Either way... love love!

I love it! My name is Stephenie Allyn. I was named after my dad (Stephen) and my grampa (Boyce Allen) and everyone is always asking if I was supposed to be a boy. I love telling them that I wasn't, my mom is just unique!
