Went to er at 2 in the morning due to pain in my back and pelvic area. ER sent me up to the OB ward of my hospital. They put me on monitors to monitor the babys heartrate and to make sure I wasn't haveing contractions. No contractions were detected. The only thing they found was blood in my urine sample. The thing with that is other than the back pain I haven't had any symptoms of any urinary problems. I find out what the blood is from in a few days. I was worried that something was wrong with the baby but everything is fine. Still going for my gender scan on Sept 22. Hopefully no more pain till then. Oh and the pain in my pelvic area is more than likely due to round ligament pain (it seems really bad to me because this is my first baby). Any thoughts on anything else it could be?

Called my OB for urinalysis results today from ER trip. It came back negative for bladder infection they suspect that I may have a kidney stone that is trying to pass. Thought I would update everyone.

I am actually having the pelvic pain as we speak lol. Doctor told me to come in just to ease my worries but its most likely round ligament pain since it doesnt happen all of the time. Hope everything is okay with your little one!!!

You might have stones or a kidney infection. My dad went through that just a few months ago(infection). He had no pain, though, so it might be stones. I heard they were painful. If it is, I was told drinking lemon crystal light really helps.
