Our level 2 ultrasound came back that we needed to get a fetal echocardiogram. Umm, what? This is so scary! What did they see on the ultrasound? Anyone else ever have to go through this? My mother had to get one with my twin brothers but only because one of them has a severe heart defect! Im going crazy, The echo is next thursday, Im going to be a mess all week!

I don't have any experience with this, but just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you and your little one and hoping everything turns out to be okay.

So sorry you are having to go through this stress! They could have at least given you an idea?!?!? Thinking of you and hoping your lil bean is healthy. I'm sure all will be ok hun. HUGS. Try to take it easy, as they say, stressing is not good for bub (easier said than done I know!)

I don't know why they would need to do this, but just wanted to say that you're in my thoughts... Some times they do these tests just as precautions, no need to worry until you know what's going on - easier said that done. I'll be praying for your lovely little bean!

I'll be thinking of you and your little one. You could always call your doctor and ask what was seen on the ultrasound. Maybe it would ease your mind a little.

I have heard of them having to do that when they just couldn't get a good enough image of the baby's heart. Hope it turns out to be nothing!
