My innie is about to become an outie! I have a feeling by next week it will be poking out of my shirt. I did not have this with my first son, but these two kids must need the space. (It kind of grosses me out...outie belly buttons that is!)

Anyone else close?

This thread made me think about my belly button, so when I was just taking a shower, I stuck my finger in and it's way smaller! Feels totally different. Don't know if it will pop out but it's certainly changed!

My belly button is really...open? I guess is a way to put it. Normally I have a little tiny little slit almost. Now I can put my pointer finger all the way in!!

Mine is getting wider and shallower, but no where near popping out yet. We shall see.

I'm did that with my twin pregnancy and has never been the same since. Mine is sticking out already this pregnancy and I'm going to have to start using a bandaid again under certain outfits.

I have a question about this.... Does it hurt when it pops? (I want to have an all natural birth and I'm scared about whether or not it hurts when your belly button pops... oh geeze!)

Mine is pretty flat at the moment. Dd is learning body parts and has always been fascinated by belly buttons, but now she really likes to study mine.

And Stephenie, it isn't like it just suddenly pops out. It is a very gradual thing. Slowly you will realize it is getting more and more shallow, then flat, then before you know it it is sticking out. So no, there is no "pop" to hurt. For some the belly button area is sensitive, though, and can becoming more exposed doesn't help that.

Mine hasn't budged at all, lol! It's a deep innie so I'm not sure it will.

Mine has never popped out but it gets pretty shallow. I never even look pregnant until the last month or so. The doctor says I carry my babies in my back instead of out front.
