This past month Ive been so exhausted , everything that I come across these days tires me extremely, especially, my TV, and my phone , even books that I read. So I decided to ask my sister to come over for abit to help me out. I wanted to have a break from everything , no TV, no telephone unless its very important. I realized that Ive completely lost myself in this little world of mine , ,when am not busy something has to be entertaining me,but it doesn't have to be that way .Anyway, to unwind ,I woke up, showered, wore my most comfortable beautiful dress, no bra, sat in my quietest corner and just let go . It feels great, and am so much at peace. I cant believe that I have forgotten who I am, but am glad that I found out about it soon enough. My body feels much better. will be doing this for two hours everyday/night .

Sounds very relaxing. We don't have cable tv and I'm rarely on the phone anyways, but I've found facebook to be exhausting. Maybe it's the new layout. I'm glad you found something that sets your whole body at ease.

Sounds like a lovely way to spend a day. The kids and I don't have school for the next few days, so there is definitely some quiet, relaxing time in my near future. My mind and body are screaming for it!
