I really don't know how to describe what I am feeling. It seems like it happens just about daily. But I move a certain way and it feels like my uterus is about to pop out of my body. It is like instant pain doesn't feel good at all. I'm not sure if it is the baby like doing something to me or what. I don't enjoy it and don't know if it is normal. I have never felt anything like this before in either of my pregnancies. Any body feeling this or is it just me?

If it's only from moving a certain way could it be round ligament pain, or something else getting stretched/pinched?

I am not sure because I was sitting on the couch and all of a sudden I felt it last night. The worst of it ever and I wasn't even moving around. The baby wasn't moving at all before the pain then after the pain it woke her up for sure. I am really not sure but is scares me big time.

Is it perhaps a braxton hicks? My belly feels REALLY strange when I get them. like as well as tight it feels as though something is trying to force its way out thru my skin! Its like the baby is balling up or stretching out maybe? It doesnt really cause me pain though, just discomfort, bordering on pain.

Mine is like a POP seriously.. That is the only word I know how to use to describe it most of the time is scares me because it is so unexpected. It depending on the pop or the pull I guess depends on the pain I feel. It is a short burst but still makes me freeze in my tracks. I have had BH before this feels completely different.

Totally sounds like round ligament pain. It is often triigered by sudden movement and can be sudden and sharp like that. painful and annoying but no major cause flr concern.
